Small seeds cleaner KUTR
Small seeds cleaner sorts and cleans the crops very precisely, using sieves and air at the same time. The machine is standardly fitted with 3 sieves in sequence and two rows of sieves above each other. This causes gradual and exact sorting.
Function and description
As a basic option, the machine is fitted with 2 sieves above each other, each row has 3 sieves in sequence. Each fraction goes out of the machine separately. Other fractions need to be designed individualy.
Every sieve is aerated. The air amount is exactly regulated. Good sieve and good quantity of air will guarantee perfect sorting.
Cleaness of the crops is above 99,5%.
Drive of the machine is made by a pair of vibromotors. Speed of seeds passing the sieves is regulateable as needed. Sieves are cleaned by rubber balls, which are quivered by the machine vibrations. Whole machine is easy to dismantle and clean. The sieves can be changed as needed, using the special liftink equipment.
Aspiration is ensured by the radial fan RVK together with the eccentric dust separator or filter with sealing.
It is recommended to use also pneumatic sorting table KPS in the cleaning line.
Crops cleaned on the celaning machine KUT must be perfectly pre-cleaned to reach the high final duality.

- Aspiration intensity individually regulated in each air chamber
