Permanent magnet PMG
Permanent magnets PMG are destined for catching feromagnetic mixtures virtually from every bulk material.
Permanent magnets are welded case constructions and are made from the stainless steel.
Magnets for the bulk materials like corn are usually shaped as a tube.
For milled materials (flour etc.), magnets are shaped as a grid, which means that the gripping flat must be larger than the magnets told above. The magnets´ construction must ensure very thin lay of material while passing along the magnets.
Draft seal is made from the felt liner and plush. Magnets are covered with the plastic sheet.
There are infall necks on the upper side and outfall baskets on the bottom side.
The whole construction is fixed on the table made from steel profiles.
For higher performance, permanent magnets are multiplied or fitted with telescopic magnets.
Description and function
The cleaned material is lead on the slip-way to the desk of magnets. On the slip-way, the material is widely spread and the speed of passing is slower. So the majority of feromagnetic impurities is caught. Permanent magnets are covered with non-magnetic lay. The impurities are automatically removed after the plug is ejected.
