Dry stoner KVOR
Dry stoner is designed for removing stones and other heavy admixtures from the stream of the material cleaned - e.g. from grain in flour mills, malt houses and other processing plants. Dry stoner can be used to split a stream of material onto two parts according to different specific weight.
The Dry Stoner sorts the crop into different specified weights and this crop is brought to a sloped sieve where a fluid layer is generated by air stream. Lighter material flows downward on the sieve as the heavier one is moved upward by the casing vibrations.
To achieve optimal sorting quality it is possible to fine tune the machine’s slope as well as the amount of the air flow. Part of the air is removed from the recirculation system into that of central aspiration.
The Dry Stoner can be deliverd with air recirculation by custromers request and the cleaning filter for exhausted air comes as an optional accessory.

Dimension and weigh of the dry stoner comes without separator and fan.
Output data is for wheat with total weight of 780 kg/m3 and up to 4% impurities.
For removal of the light impurities on the fluid layer, the dry stoner is fitted with an aspiration.
Concentrator is used for mutual separation of light and heavy fractions, among others for separation of wild oat and oat, separation of full and empty sun-flower seeds, separation of corn sprouts after desintegrator.
Standard cleaness of 99,5% is garantied.
