Flour milling machinery

Vibration screen grader with connected air sifter is destined for all premises where the agricultural growths are cleaned from impurities and admixtures. These machines have been tested for cleaning of all agricultural growths.

Dry stoner is designed for removing stones and other heavy admixtures from the stream of the material cleaned - e.g. from grain in flour mills, malt houses and other processing plants. Dry stoner can be used to split a stream of material onto two parts according to different specific weight.

Screening machine is mostly used to control the quality of flour before dispatch or before the flour is put into to silo. The machine can be also used for other materials with similar qualities as flour.

Small seeds cleaner sorts and cleans the crops very precisely, using sieves and air at the same time. The machine is standardly fitted with 3 sieves in sequence and two rows of sieves above each other. This causes gradual and exact sorting.

Low-diameter hulling machines are used for surface cleaning and hulling of grains and legumes before it is further processed. They are also used for step-by-step hulling of the grains before they are further processed.

Gravity table separators are designed for sorting crops with the same siza of seeds, but different weight. These machines substitute insufficient sorting on the sieves and air.

Permanent magnets PMG are destined for catching feromagnetic mixtures virtually from every bulk material. Permanent magnets are welded case constructions and are made from the stainless steel.

Spiral conveyers KSD are destined to transport the bulk material. Its construction makes the usage possible in any direction (vertical, horizontal, crossways).

Plastic spout piping PT98 is destined to substitute the glass piping which was used in the past. Tubes, fittings and connective elements (like rubber gasket and aluminous tightening ring ) are manufactured in the same dimensions as the glass products, so the gradual exchange is possible.
