Machine description

Flour comes through the inlet throat to the feeding spiral worm. Feed worm uniformly load flour to the sifter space. Revolving pinions throw flour by air stream on cylindrical sieve and provide its sweeping on the sieve, where it is sifting by centrifugal force.

Elements of flour pass through sieve and in collective outlet fall down below machine.

The impurities are screw - shaped moving on the sieve towards overtail, where they fall to the waste sack. The form of pinions is choosen with aspect to maximum thrifty of siffing, to avoid smashing bigger flour elements. Output and quality of sifting process are supported by the whole case vibrations. These vibrations provide good cleaning of sieving surfaře at the same time and help to deliver sifted material to the outlet's basket.
