Vibration Grader / Cleaner PVT

Vibration screen grader with connected air sifter is destined for all premises where the agricultural growths are cleaned from impurities and admixtures. These machines have been tested for cleaning of all agricultural growths.

Universal Screen Grader / Cleaner KUT

Universal screen graders type KUT are designed for removal of admixtures and impurities from stream of basic material by aid of screens and air stream. They are namely used for post-harvest cleaning and pre-cleaning of grain and other growths.

Dry Stoner KVOR

Dry stoner is designed for removing stones and other heavy admixtures from the stream of the material cleaned - e.g. from grain in flour mills, malt houses and other processing plants. Dry stoner can be used to split a stream of material onto two parts according to different specific weight.

Gravity Table Separator KPS

Gravity table separators are designed for sorting crops with the same siza of seeds, but different weight. These machines substitute insufficient sorting on the sieves and air.

Small Seeds Cleaner KUTR

Small seeds cleaner sorts and cleans the crops very precisely, using sieves and air at the same time. The machine is standardly fitted with 3 sieves in sequence and two rows of sieves above each other. This causes gradual and exact sorting.

Poppy seeds separator KUTM

Poppy seeds separators are special sieving sorters of the production line KUT, which are destined to separate poppy seeds in order to sell it sorted for pharmaceutical companies.

Low-diameter hulling machine KMP

Low-diameter hulling machines are used for surface cleaning and hulling of grains and legumes before it is further processed. They are also used for step-by-step hulling of the grains before they are further processed.

Sunflower seed huller KLS

Sunflower seed huller are used for hulling of sunflower seed for direct seeds consume or for hulling before oil pressing. Hulling is effected on the principle of utilise of kinetic energy of flying seed impact.

Disc huller KDL

Disc peeling machine KDL is destined to separate skin from seeds, which aren´t fixed on the nut. It is used to peel the small seeds like millet and buckwheat. It also can be used for bigger seeds like peas or soya.

Spiral conveyer KSD

Spiral conveyers KSD are destined to transport the bulk material. Its construction makes the usage possible in any direction (vertical, horizontal, crossways).

Permanent magnet PMG

Permanent magnets PMG are destined for catching feromagnetic mixtures virtually from every bulk material. Permanent magnets are welded case constructions and are made from the stainless steel.
